Each category has specific criteria.
Please refer to the entry pack that lays out the bullet points outlining what each entry will need to demonstrate.
Under each category, there is a list of bullet points which your project needs to demonstrate in the nominations form on the submission site. Please refer to the full category description as this is what the judges will be basing their final opinions on.
The short executive summary is 2000 characters. Please note that space counts towards your character limit.
The longer project description is 4000 characters. Please note that space counts towards your character limit.
Remember, you can use the supplementary information to include links to reports, articles etc which evidence your submission
All entries in each category will be judged on the basis that – in the opinion of the judging panel – the organisation has been agenda-leading in sustainability in the period January 2024 – June 2026, unless stated differently in the category description, and their application includes sufficient verifiable supporting evidence by third parties, such as quotes from partners or stakeholders, as evidence of eligibility for the shortlist, and for the winner’s awards.
This section is for you to provide ‘proof’ that your project/initiative/etc has been effective in the eyes of your stakeholders. We are looking for quotes/comments/press cuttings that cover your initiative positively and, most importantly, support the submission you are making. This section is not designed as an extension to "your submission", and will be judged as 'supporting evidence', not as a significant plank of your submission.
*The fee to enter the Awards DOES NOT include your entry to attend the awards. There is a separate cost associated with this, details will be shared after the finalists have been announced.
*The entry fee DOES NOT secure any company as a finalist. There is a strict 2 stage judging policy conducted by the judging panel, via an online portal and judging day.
