Duke Energy is one of the largest electric power companies in the United States, at the core of efforts to meet a sharp surge in electricity demand driven by data centers, electrification and industrial growth. 

As utilities race to expand capacity and modernize aging infrastructure, the company is investing in grid upgrades, new generation and storage, while also evaluating the role of nuclear and other firm power sources in ensuring reliability. 

Sideris is guiding Duke through a pivotal period defined by rapid load growth, rising capital needs and increasing scrutiny over costs to customers.
