Mike Krut is the Senior Vice President of Information Technology and CIO at Penske Transportation Solutions, headquartered in Reading, Pennsylvania. The Westminster College graduate has spent his 21-year career with Penske leading strategic technology initiatives to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and enable digital transformation. With over 35 years of experience in technology leadership, Krut has a proven track record and is a passionate advocate for leveraging emerging technologies such as A/I, IoT, cloud computing, cyber security, and many others. He is focused on creating business value through data-driven insights, driving efficiencies, and fostering cross-functional collaborations across Penske Transportation Solutions, which operates and maintains a fleet of more than 440,000 vehicles across North America. Penske Transportation Solutions is the universal brand for Penske Truck Leasing, Penske Logistics, Epes Transport Systems, Penske Vehicle Services, Penske Energy, and related businesses. Josef Newgarden, one of the brightest stars in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES (NICS), continues to shine both on and off the track as he climbs higher among the sport’s all-time greats. Following his 13th season competing in the INDYCAR SERIES in 2024, Josef Newgarden is already well on his way to an established, hall of fame career. A two-time NICS Champion in 2017 and 2019, Newgarden had been a consistent winner in the diverse series before taking his first win in the Indianapolis 500 in 2023, his 12th attempt at winning the “Greatest Spectacle in Racing.” A second-consecutive victory at Indianapolis followed in 2024 – both wins featuring last-lap passes in the No. 2 Shell Powering Progress Chevrolet – now has Newgarden on the verge of making history in the 109th running of the race in 2025. After becoming the first driver since 2002 to win consecutive Indianapolis 500-Mile Races, the Nashville, Tennessee native will look to become the first driver in history to win the race in three consecutive years. His two wins in 2024 give Newgarden 31 career victories, making him the winningest active American driver in the series.
Tara Vatcher is a highly accomplished Senior Technology Executive with a proven record of driving innovation and transformation. As President of LHP Software, she grew the organization from three employees to a $30 million annual revenue business in 12 years, establishing a world-class professional services team. At Stellantis, she led the reorganization of the powertrain controls and software division, streamlining processes and modernizing development practices. Now, serving as the Senior Vice President of Software Architecture and Development, she is building the software platform for Stellantis’ software-defined vehicles.
With expertise in software development, engineering management, and cross-functional team leadership, Tara has consistently driven successful projects execution. Her knowledge spans embedded systems, agile methodologies, and process improvement. Recognized for her innovation and leadership, Tara has received multiple industry awards throughout her career.
Srinivas (Srini) Shankar is a visionary leader with deep services experience spanning two decades. He is a seasoned executive with proven leadership skills and a passion for driving revenue growth and enhancing client satisfaction.
As Chief Business Officer (CBO) and Head of Global Industries at GlobalLogic, Srini focuses on expanding vertical capabilities and accelerating the company’s go-to-market engine, spanning sales, marketing, and industry business units.
Prior to his tenure at GlobalLogic, Srini held critical leadership positions, serving as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of the Americas and Global Head of the Life Sciences business. During his time in these roles, he played a pivotal role in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth. As CCO-Americas, Srini oversaw new client acquisition efforts across various industry verticals and service lines within Cognizant’s Digital Business & Technology services, contributing to his extensive industry expertise.
Before Cognizant, Srini garnered invaluable experience through leadership roles at Infosys, further solidifying his reputation as a strategic leader in the technology and services space.
