We do not tolerate: 

• Verbal comments that indicate superiority related to gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion 
• Deliberate intimidation or stalking
• Physical or verbal aggression
• Sustained disruption of talks or other events
• Inappropriate physical contact 
• Unauthorised photography or recording 
• Advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviour 

Anyone engaging in such behaviour may be asked to leave the show and may be refused entry to future shows, at the sole discretion of Reuters Events.
