Executive Dinner & Roundtable - Bridging the gap: Moving Industrial AI to Business as Usual

Transform Healthcare Together: Where AI Meets Patient Priorities

Details

There's never been a more important time to collaborate and network with your peers, in the same room.

Join Siemens and Reuters for an intimate, invitation-only dinner at one of the most vibrant restaurants in the city (Zuma) during Climate Week NYC. This dinner reception aims to bring together the world’s most influential business leaders to tackle the climate crisis with clarity, speed, and scale. Set against the backdrop of one of the most pivotal weeks in the global climate calendar, this exclusive gathering will reveal some of the initial headline findings from new proprietary research by Reuters and Siemens on the deployment of Industrial AI across industry.

Guests will discuss how AI is accelerating decarbonization, enabling new business models, and reshaping infrastructure resilience. With curated insights, fine dining, and strategic networking, this is a rare opportunity to connect with peers driving transformation at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and industry.

AGENDA

16:15PM (EDT)

ROUNDTABLE 1: Connected Vehicles

The International Energy Agency projected that by 2030, around 30 percent of all cars on the road are expected to be battery-powered electric vehicle. As EV production scales the greatest challenge continues to be driving range and lowering cost. This roundtable discussion will explore battery solutions, value chain integration, and infrastructure and charging developments.

18:45 (EDT)

ROUNDTABLE 2: Connected Customers

Consumers are demanding EVs with longer ranges, particularly when EV infrastructure is not where it needs to be. To deliver vehicles with long range there are a number of considerations from battery type and cost to safety and efficiencies. As OEMs want to shift the conversation with consumers away from “range” and toward “efficiency” we will explore and analyse the considerations needed when strategizing ‘Range VS Cost’

6:00 PM - 6:30 PM

6:00 PM – 6:30 PM | Arrival & Opening Remarks

• Strategic drivers beyond efficiency: Explore how companies are deploying Industrial AI to meet sustainability targets, drive profitability, or unlock new business models for energy transition and circularity
• Scaling with impact: Discuss key considerations around ROI, partnerships, and internal capabilities when moving from pilot to enterprise-wide adoption

7:15 PM - 8:30 PM

7:15 PM – 8:30 PM | Networking Dinner

A seated dinner offering continued informal discussion and networking among participants.

Food for thought: What’s really holding back scale and how do we unlock the full sustainability potential of Industrial AI? Delve deeper into this subject by attending the second roundtable (details below).

Clearing the Path to Progress – Removing Barriers to Scale

• Overcoming blockers: Examine the most persistent challenges to scaling Industrial AI and their impact on operational performance and strategic momentum
• Collaborative solutions: Discuss how organizations are addressing these barriers through partnerships, ecosystems, and internal transformation
• Sharing real-world impact: Assess tangible sustainability benefits seen from industrial AI implementations in your own operations or industry

9:15 PM - 9:20 PM

9:15 PM – 9:30 PM | Closing Remarks
